The Gilbert de Montsalvat 15 Years Limited Edition Gran Toro is an exceptional cigar limited to 2,000 boxes, continuing the legacy of the cigar ranked No. 1 by Cigar Aficionado in 2018 (Encore), and rolled in the same format. It is a puro made from 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos, produced in the Dominican Republic at the renowned Casa Carrillo factory (formerly Tabacalera La Alianza).
The flavor profile ranges from medium to full-bodied and is defined by a smooth, creamy smoke. Dominant notes include earth, cedar wood, and a pronounced sweetness (honey, molasses) on the palate. A lightly spicy woody aroma with subtle hints of bitter almond and cocoa rounds out the blend perfectly.
