The Bib & Tucker 6 Years Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a characterful American Bourbon that combines traditional craftsmanship with an exceptionally smooth and balanced style. It is matured for a minimum of six years in new American white oak barrels and bottled at a robust yet harmonious 46% ABV.
The mash bill consists of 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley. The relatively high rye content adds pronounced spice and structure to the natural sweetness of the corn. The nose opens with vanilla, sweet hay, refined wood and warm spices. Sandalwood and mace add an elegant and slightly exotic spicy character.
On the palate, Bib & Tucker is smooth, full bodied and beautifully balanced. A gentle sweetness recalls pecan pie, caramel and toffee. Vanilla, spicy oak and warm baking spices add further depth, while the rye creates additional tension and keeps the Bourbon from becoming overly sweet.
The finish is long, warm and complex. Signature chestnut notes, oak spice and a pleasant sweetness linger beautifully. A versatile Small Batch Bourbon to enjoy neat, over ice or as a premium base for classic whiskey cocktails.
