With Ardnahoe, a long-held dream of the Laing family (Hunter Laing & Co.) came true: the founding of the ninth distillery on the legendary island of Islay. Since production began in 2018, Ardnahoe has combined classic Islay traditions with state-of-the-art technology. The result is a characterful single malt that impresses with its balance of intense peat smoke and fruity elegance.

The Secret of the Taste: Worm Tubs & Long Lyne Arms
What sets Ardnahoe apart from its neighbors is its technical sophistication. As the only distillery on Islay, Ardnahoe uses traditional worm tub condensers, which ensure a heavy, oily spirit. At the same time, it boasts the longest lyne arms in Scotland, allowing the vapor plenty of copper contact, giving the whisky remarkable purity and fine fruit notes.

The Range: From Premiere to Core Range
Following the great success of the Inaugural Release (aged 5 years), Ardnahoe has established a permanent selection of standard bottlings, all bottled at 50% ABV, without coloring or chill-filtration:

Ardnahoe Infinite Loch: The heart of the core range – a harmonious marriage of Bourbon and Sherry casks with notes of citrus, honey, and gentle smoke.
Ardnahoe Bholsa: A powerful Islay malt with a clear influence of Oloroso Sherry casks, convincing through dark berries and intense spice.
Ardnahoe Cask Strength: For lovers of pure intensity – batch bottlings directly from the cask at over 60% ABV.
